[BUG] Hot reload on Safari browser

Describe the bug
When using Safari browser for development, hot reload won't update the changes

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start yarn dev
2. Modify your file and save it
3. Check it on Safari
4. See the page isn't getting updated

Expected behavior
The new changes on Safari should be reflected.
