Steps to reproduce

1. Select new Keyboard Manager Editor
2. Open Editor
3. Select Add new remapping
4. Input a new key or shortcut trigger
5. For the action, choose Remap to key or shortcut
6. The UI forces you to input a key or shortcut. There is no way to select the one you want.

✔️ Expected Behavior

I should be able to select an action from a list of actions, instead of being forced to press the key or shortcut that I want the action to be.

❌ Actual Behavior

My keyboard does not have media keys like Play, Next Track, Previous Track, Volume Up, or Volume Down. So, I cannot press those keys to assign an action. That leaves me with no way to add those hotkeys. The only way I found to do it, was to go back to the legacy view where there was a dropdown where I could select the action.
