Invitation acceptation email using invitee locale rather than inviter

I recently invited a new owner on one of my gem, and the confirmation email I received was using the locale of the person I invited (german), not mine (english):

I'm not familiar with the codebase, but I suspect mail jobs inherit the locale from the request that enqueued them?
