The Tatvic/RGoogleAnalytics package has not been supported for a long time and has been recently deleted altogether from github.
Although flipAPI currently exports a function named GoogleAnalytics, it seems it never worked.
The USE team has documentation on how to connect to GoogleAnalytics but it uses different packages: googleAnalyticsR and googleAuthR
