Current Behavior

• T-timers are not visible on the prompter screen
• The presenter and director screens are not aligned with the proposed designs
• The director screen rehearsal counter label is incorrectly formatted

New Behavior

• Added T-timers to the prompter screen
• Created reusable components for the bottom bar and the over/under counter.
• Used the already existing countdown component for the T-timer display.
• Fixed the rehearsal counter label.

• No unit test changes are needed for this PR

This PR affects the Prompter, presenter and director screens.
