What shipped: Salesforce now supports fuzzy domain matching across TLDs (e.g. acme.co.uk → acme.com), a tiebreaker waterfall for resolving multiple account matches, the ability to exclude specific account record types from matching, field rules for controlling round robin skip behavior, and sync error notifications displayed in event type settings.
